ph98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph98 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph98 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph98 is not responsible for any loss or damage to your device or data arising from your use of the Platform.
ph98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if ph98 determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason that ph98 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and applicable withdrawal processing times.
You may close your ph98 account at any time by contacting ph98 support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
